The solution was a collaboration with Meta Learn, which combines continuous measurements, AI-driven analysis, and personalized self-help for each employee.

This is how Meta Learn works for DTU.

Meta Learn combines intelligent data insights with practical, personalized support. When employees respond to the ongoing well-being survey, the platform's AI model is activated, which immediately selects three well-being promoting exercises for each individual employee. These recommendations are based on the person's current situation and needs – and are presented directly in the Meta Learn app.

All exercises are available anonymously, flexibly, and on-demand – and can be completed anywhere, anytime. This not only creates insight but also real, personal support.
