How to Use Psychological Well-Being?

Learn how to use and understand your employees' mental well-being.

Step 1

Click on "Psychological Well-Being" to enter the dashboard, which provides an overview of your employees' mental and psychological well-being.

Step 2

First, select which survey you want to view. If you have sent out multiple psychological well-being surveys to your employees, you can switch between the different ones by clicking "Go to overview".

Step 3

Your employees' psychological well-being is represented as a KPI, displayed as the overall well-being score. This score shows the average well-being of your employees, allowing you to quickly gain an overview.

You can track your employees' well-being by monitoring the development of the well-being score. We have made it easy to assess whether your employees have good, acceptable, or poor well-being:

Poor well-being=0-65
Acceptable well-being=65-80
Good well-being=80-100

Step 4

Below, you can see the percentage of your employees who have chosen to use the Meta Learn app. Any employees identified by our AI as using ineffective thinking strategies—often leading to sick leave due to stress or similar issues—will have the option to either contact HR or work on it themselves. The self-help score shows how many have chosen to work on various issues independently.

You can also see which exercises our AI recommends and what focus areas Meta Learn has prioritized for your employees.

For more details, go to "Details". Here, you can access in-depth statistics that provide a better understanding of your employees' mental state, helping you determine what areas should be prioritized in your organization.

Finally, you can view the full distribution of psychological survey responses. This gives you a complete overview of how your employees answered each question.

Over time, you will be able to track changes in these metrics, ensuring you always have a precise understanding of your employees' mental well-being in the workplace.
